AI training for HR teams
First we look at how the work flows. Then we decide where AI can help. Each team applies the method to a real process: onboarding, recruitment, employee questions or the monthly report.
Initial level — Understand & Redesign
5 sessions of 2 hours. For occasional or new AI users. The team builds confidence with AI and improves one HR process.
Introduction to AI
Data privacy, accuracy, bias and the AI regulations that apply to HR. How AI tools work, choosing the right tool, and giving instructions that produce useful results.
Deliverable: a tested instruction for a real HR task, such as a job description or a company policy.
Working with AI
Giving AI clear instructions, supervision and feedback. Delegating simple tasks such as report consolidation and data analysis. How connections to other tools and permissions work, and their risks.
Deliverable: an "AI intern" set up for one simple task, with its sources, instructions, permissions and review checklist.
Systems Thinking
Looking at an HR process as a system: what it is for, what works, where it stalls and where people step in.
Deliverable: a map of one HR process from trigger to end result, with the people and tools involved at each step.
Integrating AI into the System
Scoring AI opportunities on impact and risk. Defining human checkpoints. Redesigning the process.
Deliverable: a redesigned process and a baseline to measure against.
Build and Pilot
Building the AI component and testing it with sample data. Writing a pilot plan, then comparing and merging the teams' plans.
Deliverable: a 30-day pilot plan for each team and one pilot roadmap for leadership.
Intermediate level — Connect & Automate
8 sessions of 2 hours. For HR professionals already comfortable with AI. The team builds and tests an automated process that connects at least two approved tools.
Up to Speed with AI
A condensed review of instructions, risk and security, approved tools, connections and permissions.
Deliverable: shared working practices for the group.
Systems Thinking
What an automation needs to know: what starts the process, what depends on what and who approves.
Deliverable: a digital map of the process each team will automate.
Automation Fundamentals
Triggers, steps and how data moves between them. Credentials and hosting options.
Deliverable: a first guided workflow, plus the trigger for the team's own process.
Connecting Tools
Connecting the company's tools with credentials approved by IT. Passing data between them.
Deliverable: two tools connected in the team's workflow.
Logic and Reliability
Conditions, scheduled triggers, approvals with deadlines and escalation. Error handling.
Deliverable: a workflow that handles exceptions, approvals and failures without someone watching.
Adding AI to the Workflow
AI steps that classify, summarize, draft or answer questions from a policy knowledge base, with the necessary approval mechanisms.
Deliverable: an AI step added to the team's workflow, with a human checkpoint.
Capstone Build
Guided build time, end-to-end testing with dummy data and peer review.
Deliverable: a complete workflow, tested end to end.
Test, Document, Present
Ownership, monitoring and handover documentation. Before/after comparison against the baseline.
Deliverable: workflow documentation and a presentation to leadership.

And no, you don't need to know how to code.
Your company can offset the cost of this training with its FUNDAE training credits. How much depends on the credit available. We take care of the FUNDAE paperwork.
Training credits expire on December 31. Don't let them go to waste.
Let's talk
Tell us what your team still does by hand. In a no-commitment call, we find where the time goes, which level fits and where to start.
Investment depends on the level, format, schedule and number of participants. We agree on it after the call.
